Hi, my name is Don Olmstead.  I was born at Long Beach Memorial Hospital on August 15, 1984.  I am the fourth, yes the fourth, child of three older sisters.  I lived in Los Alamitos all my life.  I went to high school at Los Alamitos High school and graduated in 2003.  My best memories were playing baseball and football. It is a great honor to say I did play at Anaheim stadium twice for football where we won both games including the division 1 CIF championship.  High school was wonderful and the memories formed that will last forever

I am thankful to have 3 awesome sisters who look out for me and show me the ropes.  My parents have also kept me on a tight leash while supporting me in all my endeavors.  I am looking forward to teaching and making a difference in every students life.

After high school, I attended to Allan Hancock Junior College in Santa Maria.  Two years of baseball and college led me to my greatest academic accomplishment, entrance to the University of Southern California.  I began attending USC in fall 2005, it is a great school with such great prestige.  In the future, I look to get a degree in Education with a minor in Physical Education.  While teaching, I will enjoy coaching baseball and eventually be an athletic director at a great high school.
