OIS staff basically make a copy of your documents
(Passport,Visa,I-20,I-94 and ensure that they are properly stamped.

| Immunization Hold |
Remove the Health Center Hold
Submit the immunization form you received by mail from USC duly filled in

| Advisement Hold |
Contact your Department academic coordinator/Advisor to discuss your study plans
and remove this hold

| Registering for courses |
Go to the department you plan to take the course with and obtain D-Clearance for
a course which requires you to have D-Clearance prior to registration
For R courses, you can register directly
To register, call Touch tone registration system at (213)740-3705
Have the 5 digit class number for which you wish to register for
Decide before making the call if you wish to have Tuition Refund Insurance
Alternately, walk to the Registration Bldg.(REG) and register from there
You can also register via web
Verify your registration on OASIS or obtain a Registration Confirmation from REG
Check your Finance liabilities and pay the fees before the deadlines to avoid late fees

Once you have registered for a course, go to ISD's first login page and request
for creation of a USC login account for you
|

Your Identification Card for using Oncampus and OffCampus
Dress Well :-)
Can be used as a debit card oncampus, Phone card, Library Card
To put money on the card, go to Student Union and fill out the forms
Costs 18$
Every time you add money to the account, 5$ transaction fee is charged
(once a semester)
