LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS (June, 1999 – January, 2000)

• Researched and wrote Operations and Maintenance Manual for the dechlorination station at the Whittier Narrows Water Reclamation Plant.  Incorporated the manual into an online, interactive format for the Districts’ distributive control system
