Welcome to Art Dhallin's Homepage

Thank you for visiting my webpage. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Southern California, studying for a Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. This webpage has been created as part of a class project for IOM 531, a course that I am currently taking through the USC Marshall School of Business. Since my class is dedicated to web-based computing, most of the information located throughout this webpage is related to the Internet in some way. However, if you would like more information, please feel free to visit our class homepage, courtesy of our professor, Dr. Richard Bergin, at iomasp.usc.edu/iom531.

I am currently working towards my Master's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and have completed approximately half of the required curricula. In addition, in August, I will begin to work as a consultant with DigiTerra.com, a management consulting firm specializing in eBusiness. Having been at USC for my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I am very proud of the school and its traditions. This year we were awarded Time's School of the Year and our School of Engineering was ranked #12 in the nation by U.S. News and World Reports.

Just in case you were wondering, I do have a few other interests besides school and homework Living in beautiful southern California does have its benefits. When I have time, I enjoy to sail and scuba dive. However, in the winter I also love to snow ski. In fact, I have been a member of the National Ski Patrol for several years. Other hobbies of mine including weight training, martial arts (particularly JKD, Cali, and Brazilian Jujitsu), and reading. Finally, my father and I are active with the Porche Club of America in which we enjoy to participate in various driving events.

I have included some links below that I hope you might find of some interest. Thank you for visiting my webpage.
