4 a.m. - Wake up to finish an assignment due at 9 a.m.
Studies show a lack of sleep, as well as stress, can release hormones that increase hunger and slow your metabolism. This is especially true for women.
8:30 a.m. - Grab a venti latte to help you survive your day. Lattes can cost you up to 600 calories and a lot of sugar. Plus, they do not satisfy hunger so you are apt to eat more later.
12:00 p.m. - No time for lunch. Skipping lunch slows your metabolism and sets you up to make bad food decisions once your blood sugar levels drop.
7:00 p.m. - In an effort to conquer a growing to do list you decide to multitask, and eat while working. Multitasking while eating can cause you to not pay enough attention to your body telling you it is full. This leads to over-eating.
