What would you think if every time you went to your favorite restaurant you opened the menu and just to the left of the wine list was a complete nutritional guide of everything you were about to eat? California legislators are proposing to do just that. Would seeing that your favorite square of ooey-gooey, cheesy, meaty, tomato-saucey deliciousness packed nearly 900 calories, persuade you to go for a salad instead?
They pretend to be looking out for your best interest when really they are plotting to make sure you do not fit into you skinny jeans. No, it is not a jealous friend, but the top ten bad foods that most people think are good for them. These foods think they can fool you by adding the words "oat" or "grain" onto their labels, but little do they know, we are on a mission to expose them.
Unhealthy living
Pull a few all nighters. Skip lunch. Sneak a sinful midnight snack. These bad habits could be what is keeping you from looking like Heidi Klum. Well, that and about six inches. These tips may not make you America's Next Top Model but being conscious of how your schedule may be affecting your hips could make you much healthier, and even a little happier come bathing suit season.
