Delta Delta Sigma, or DDS, was founded in the fall of 1993 and had 20 members in its first year of existence. Since then, DDS has worked hard to continually acquire new resources and opportunities for its members. Changing executive cabinets and a period of major reorganization along the way has provided some exciting ideas for the society. Now DDS remains the only Pre-Dental Honors Society at the University of Southern California. DDS has functioned not only as a peer support group but a guide into the professional world as well. DDS can help you develop the personal skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to succeed in dental school, but it is up to you to make the commitment and use the tools and opportunities DDS can offer you.
