In Progress

I am currently working on a new paper which is an extension of my job market paper. I am taking advantage of the fact that my model in the JM paper is amenable to firm level data and can be estimated. Hence, the new paper can explore the impact of different policies through counter-factual analysis. First draft coming soon !
