The hottest form of the Thai pepper family is the Bird's Eye Chili Pepper also used for our spiciest hot sauce. This name was given because of the small size of the chili. These little sizzling chilis point downward from the plant and their colors change directly from green to red. This type of chili can be found in Malaysia, Indonesia, but most commonly in Thailand.
