Cyrene A. Chan

From a family raising chili peppers and surrounded by it all her life, the company was founded by Cyrene and her family in 2000. As a child, hot sauce was always home-made by a secret family recipe passed down from many generations. Having a MA in Business Marketing from USC and with a great financial management background, Cyrene is responsible for all marketing and product distribution of this hot sauce, as well as taste-testing.  

Lynn Lee

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, KC & Co. Company

A very close family friend, Lynn has partnered in this family company venture.  With a BA from UCLA in Business Economics, she is responsible for the financial part of KC & Co. and taste testing.  She was also the executive vice president for Huy Food Inc. for the past five years.
