The shopping mall navigator is something that can be used at kiosks at the entrance and inside a shopping mall. The idea behind this is, it gives the shopper all the information about the various stores, serves as a shopping guide, and also helps them with statistics about the number of people in each store, thus helping the shopper to plan his or her shopping in a much better way. It also provides additional features, such as asking the shopper for information on his intent of visit and personal preferences, and guiding him to the optimal selection of stores and also provides navigation guidelines for the same. The shopping mall navigator can be very useful to shoppers to complete their shopping with ease and in timely fashion.
The navigator has an additional feature of enabling a user to reserve tables in restaurants. It also gives information about the waiting times at restaurants, salons and other such places. One more feature is allowing the user to search for essential services such as childcare, water fountains etc, and also for entertainment places such as movie screenings.
