Project Description:
In the 21 century, traveling is an important part of people's everyday life. We are traveling for business, tour etc. When you travel to another place, the first thing most people will do is to find a hotel. Although the e-business has already taken part of hotel check-in system, there is no hotel check-in system without a person at the front desk. Our system is designed to let people check-in by themselves, just like the e-ticket check-in in the airport.

The basic idea of our design is the customer makes a reservation by internet or phone. Of course, he/she can make a reservation at the time he/she arrives the hotel. If the customer made reservation already, then they will have the confirmation number. By entering the confirmation number, they will be direct to the hotel check-in system. If you just make the reservation by the time you wish to check-in, you do not need to enter the confirmation number since you will be direct to the hotel check-in system. After the security check, credit card acceptance and other necessary information collection, the system will tell the customer the room number and return a unique room key to the customer. At this point, the customer has finished the check-in procedure and ready to go.
