Keller Sechrest
President Of Operations

Keller Sechrest graduated from the University of Southern California in 2004 with a degree in Music Industry and a minor in Business. During her time at USC, Keller held jobs at several record labels. These included the following positions: College Representative at Arista Records, Project Manager at Universal Music and Video Distribution, and VP Marketing at 320 Recordings. She also acted as manager for several of 320 Recordings artists, a label that she and two other USC graduates founded. It was not until her senior year at school when she met Linas, Brian, and Jennifer that her dream of opening a music store came to fruition. Today, Keller is President of Troy Music. She personally screens every band and books shows while continuing to work at 320 Recordings. Keller is continually thinking up new ways to expand and improve Troy Music while watching over all of the activities.

Brian Barr
VP of Sales

His role in the company includes sales, human resources, promotion, and website administration. He is in charge of daily operations of the store, along with making sure customers have a positive experience inside Troy Music. Brian has always been interested in bringing the USC community a music store that relates to students. When he is not working in the store he is out working hard to help promote bands Troy Music represents. His past experience includes internships at Interscope Records and R.W. Shelby & Co. Brian graduated from the University of Southern California in 2004 with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Communications. He is an alumni of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. This is his first startup business venture.

Jennifer Barlese
VP of Marketing

Graduated with a Business degree with her concentration in marketing, she is in charge of the word getting around about Troy Music and the local bands that it tries to help. She is in charge of the booth that is set up at most USC events and advertises either through local newspapers, Internet, or even banners about upcoming events. She was the president of the Marketing Club her senior year and interned at Interscope Records for two years. She is still very involved with the student body and is primarily responsible for the large turnout at Battle of Troy.

Linas Mikalaus
VP of Finance

The youngest one of the group, he is graduating this spring with an economics degree. He obtained the necessary capital to open the store through several small bank loans and networking with alumni. He is in charge of most of the monetary issues of the store. He is probably the least present within the store but still plays the crucial role of bookkeeping. When he is not working within the store he is finishing his final semester at USC. He also occasionally carries out financial consulting for other companies, is a private investor, and is the secretary of his fraternity.
