I established this company in 1999 and I hired 5 engineer and performed several projects in different industries. I was also agent of several European companies like Gefran Italy, Huba Switzerland, Brown & sharp Switzerland and I also worked with Electromach Co. in Netherlands. Some of the projects are listed below:

2004: Commissioning for a Siemens fire fighting system in 5 petroleum Pump station and more than 500 detectors in
 Ahwaz Rey-Iran for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)

2002-2004: Consulting for operation of 5 Petroleum pumping station control system in Ahwaz Rey pump stations for
National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).

2002-2004: Commissioning plant control panel with Allen Bradley PLC including ladder programming and modifying
 ,calibration and controlling the installation of instruments in Ahwaz-Rey pump stations with more than 1000  I/O for  a company in  Netherlands called Electromach for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).

2004- Design and manufacturing of a control system and power unit for automatic clutch testing machine in Azar Motor
Mobin Co., Karaj -Iran, witch measured and monitor force, temperature, speed in  rotating condition and calculated the friction coefficient in the system.

2003- Design and manufacturing of a control system and power unit for automatic clutch testing machine in Shayan
Sanat Co., Tehran -Iran .witch measured and monitored force, temperature and speed in rotating condition and calculated the friction coefficient in the system.

2003: Design and development of a HMI system for gas counter calibration for Azmoon Mottamam co., In Hamadan Iran.

2003: Design and development of a control system for autoclave machine for sterilizing which was related to a machine   built by Fedegari Italy and was located in Samen Serum manufacturing Co. in Mashhad, Iran.

2003: Design and development of control and monitoring system of a valve leak tester for a valve manufacturer company in Abali, Iran.

2002-2004: Operating Pakscan control system made by Rotork Co. in Ahwaz -Rey pump stations for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)

2002-2003: Operating of a GE Fanuc PLC using Logic master 90 program in Razan petroleum turbines and operating
The SCADA system which was provided by Nuvo Pignone Italy for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)

2002: Programming Siemens PLC model S7-300 Including configuration and installation in plant Neishekar Haft tapeh

2001: Manufacturing an automatic shim inserting machine for pride gear box assembling at Mega Motor Corp. Tehran-
Iran.

2001: Design and manufacturing of a control system and power unit for Automatic lent testing machine in Iran lent Co. witch measures and monitor force, temperature and speed in rotating condition and calculates the friction coefficient in the system.

2001: Design and development of a monitoring system for FIQ calculation in Sari Antibiotic manufacturing.

2001: Design, implantation and programming of intensifier control system for Toos Peyvand Co. Mashhad Iran, using data acquisition cards and analog control of a proportional valve for controlling the pressure in intensifier for a pressing machine.

2001: Programming for control system of radiator testing machine in Iran radiator manufacturing factory, in this project different parameter of radiator such as temperature, pressure and vibration was tested using data acquisition systems. Also open architect software was used for measurement and control of test bed and the parameters such as leak, pressure, temperature was measured and monitor in the soft ware.

2001: Design and manufacturing a control system for synchronizer testing machine, including programming of a gear changer robot with beck PLC which had the ability to change the gear when testing automatically.This project was done for Niroo Mohareke Co. Qazvin Iran.

2000: Manufacturing control system of axle automatic tester for measuring and testing of all axle parameters in one movement including run out, torque, leak with high accuracy for Mehvar Karan Koosha Co. Golpayegan Iran .

1999: Executing monitoring of the first phase in API pump testing plant which includes monitoring the pressure and temperature in various point of test bed. Flow and head for each pump when working was acquired using Advantech RS485 modules and remote data Acquisition and monitoring system was programmed in windows graphical environment. This project was done for Pump and Turbine Co. in Tabriz, Iran.

1999:Design and implementation of a control system for crankshaft balancing machine  using high frequency data acquisition system and computing the unbalance of the crank shaft in each direction and programming the step motor to reduce the unbalance of the shaft and then pointing the crank shaft for machining. This project was done for Tazmin Millang karan Co. in Hashtgerd Iran.

1998: Consulting for implementation of selecting a correct PLC for using for water playing pool park for controlling the pump on/off condition. This project was done as consultation for selecting right plc for one of my instructor at Sharif University of Technology.

1994-1998: Application Engineer and Software developer

1997: Programming for automatic barcode reader and executing the bar codes for ware house using Symbol bar code readers for mega Motor Co. Tehran, Iran.

1995: Design and manufacturing of automatic engine test bed for 8 stands for testing engine and measuring and qualifying the engine assembling after manufacturing. The pressure instruments were used from HUBA Co. in Switzerland and the acquisition was performed by Advantech data acquisition cards. This project was done for MEGA Motors Co. Tehran, Iran.

1995: Renewing and computerizing the test stand of gearbox using Keyence PLC. Also controlling and measuring the changes of speed in Gearbox while testing with the load condition was done for MEGA Motors Co.
 
1994: Design and manufacturing of an automatic leak tester using Keyence PLC for measurement the leakage of Gearboxes for MEGA Motors Co.

1992-1994: Work study for my advisor Dr. Javanroodi in Iran University of science and technology 

1993: Design and implementation of spring testing software in graphical environment for measurement and Control of various parameters of spring.

1992: Consulting for monitoring system of washing power tank manufacturing factory including measurement and monitoring level and pressure/temperature in different points of site.

1992: Design and implementation of laboratory data acquisition software in windows graphical environment using Visual Basic 3. This project was my bachelor’s final project which was done for Iran university Solid Mechanic lab.
