Ourtopia.org envisions an America free from social and political ills, consistent with the views of our founding fathers, where ambitious individuals of all types have the freedom to grow and nurture their own unique interests.  Ourtopia is a place where the American dream is still very alive and where we can put our faith in each other to continue the fight for positive change. Still, Ourtopia gathers its strength from its steadfast foundation in established democracy and is built on adherence to the will of the people.  The Ourtopia vision is not a figment of our imagination, as it could be said to exist at this very moment, yet Ourtopia holds dear the values of continued improvement, with the intention of building a better future for our children.

With this vision in mind, Ourtopia.org aims to accomplish three goals:

1.
To function as a gateway into the world of politics for everyday, industrious individuals who want to see change in our world but do not possess the time or resources to become fully involved.

2.
To provide relevant, insightful and interesting information in order to create an educated and informed public as is necessary for any successful representative democracy.

3.
To foster progressive change toward the most perfect society possible: Ourtopia.
