Mission Statement
BLACK BUSINESS STUDENT ASSOCIATION (BBSA)
BBSA gives students the skills and an active network to be a successful professional. BBSA’s membership constituency reflects a diverse array of academic disciplines and personal interests. We are diversity minded; as such we are open to all races and creeds and actively promote understanding amongst different cultures. Additionally, BBSA assists with the retention of students in the Marshall School of Business.

Objectives
- Create networking opportunities between corporations, students, and faculty.

Assist each member in assessing the skills to be competitive in the job market.
- Inform students concerning the business school’s policies and procedures and aid them in formulating academic programs that meet their academic goals.
- Sponsor community service projects that allow our members to assist in the positive development of young minds and the opening of doors to the greater world around these youth.
