I had the pleasure of meeting some people from First Capital Properties the other day while out. They really brought some insight into the current real estate crisis as well their methods of real estate: acquisitions, asset management, and financing. Besides the wine, the food is amazing. It is styled as a European bistro with fine dining elegance and class in Agoura Hills. I would recommend those with an appetite for wine and delicious cuisine to visit Cafe 14 for a fine dining experience.

If you are on the northern edge of Los Angeles, one of the best pizza places to stop is in Agoura Hills. Pizza Nosh is a great up and comer which features all vegetarian pizzas and other tasty items. The staff is great and the location has quick access to the 101 freeway. If you are in the neighborhood and interested in trying a new vegetarian pizza place this spot is definitely worth a stop.

I am viled by the guy Jason Fortuny who posted all of the contact information and pictures of people who submitted info to his fake CraigsList posting as a woman. Having no positive intentions or common sense, he has affected the lives of many people regardless of the content they have sent him under false pretexts.

I came across this site while trying to find a way to fix my lemon car. Great resource since it has the breakdown by all fifty states and the actual lemon law statutes if anyone is interested. Since I am in California, their specific California Lemon Law page gives the breakdown simply and also links to their page of California Lemon law FAQs in regards on the process. I will probably give them a call on Monday, since this noise in my car has not been fixed forever and my patientence is growing thin.
