We Want to see fewer poor.We also wish to help people defend themselves.Our Stategy
to achieve this is simple;

ABCD  supports the USOTP's drive to improve the poor.The goal is to reduce the number of
poor.For the community this means a reduction in the number of poor and a resulting
increase in income.
