Welcome to the University of Southern California's
Anime Club

We're in the midst of another exciting year of Anime Club! Join us as we sample the latest and best animation from Japan, conduct exquisite tours of contemporary international dining in the Los Angeles area, and engage in subtle and freeranging discussions of japanese animation, manga, and games along with modern politics, literature, and economics.

The club meets on Sunday from 4-7 pm and on Thursday from 8-10 pm in WPH B28. The first meeting of the semester was Mystery Anime at 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 14th in SLH100.

At the beginning of each semester, three series from the past few years are selected to be shown in their entirety on Sunday. For this, we assume thirteen weeks of meetings, with two episodes per week for two series, and one episode per week for the third, allowing us to show two half-year long series and a single season long series. The remaining half-hour is a break period used for announcements and discussion.

Thursday is Mystery Anime Night, where members bring in episodes of various series, and the club votes on which episodes to watch.

USC anime club will be conducting a series of workshops on various subjects. These workshops take place at various times throughout the semester. See the schedule for times.
