The objective of this engineering project is to develop a small, cost efficient residential community in a rural area of Santa Clarita along with two roads to meet the needs of the community. For this project, a team consisting of myself and a partner calculated such things as environmental issues, excavation, construction materials and work hours, into our costs adding up to $3,352,998.92.
