Software Engineer (April 2003 - July 2005) Lead the Fiber Inventory division of the ERP application for Crescent Group of Companies. Work comprised scoping, analysis, design and implementation of business processes. Additional responsibilities included client-interaction, deployment, database management, and provision of customer support. Initially, worked in the Proof-of-Concept team responsible for devising an efficient, robust, and flexible framework for developing a tailored ERP solution. Thereafter, joined the Purchasing and Inventory System (PIS) module of the ERP project. In PIS, worked on a variety of tasks including preparation of functional specifications, database design and optimization, Java development, business process flow-testing, and release management.
