Major Class Assignments are listed on the table below in addition to the times for scheduled Computer Skills Class Sessions. There will be two Computer Skills Class Sessions scheduled for class which will focus on class specific applications using Excel (The dates for these classes may change due to auditorioum availability at Leavey). Note the due dates and the number of points you can earn on each assignment. Term Paper Presentations

Note that three of your class assignments are related and directly complement each other. These are Homework #1, your Term Paper, and your Class Presentation--which makes up most of your class participation grade. The first homework assignment is designed to get you started working on your Term Paper. The Class Presentation gives you an opportunity to present what you have found in your Term Paper research and analysis.

Note: I have prepared a set or readings specially targeted to the term paper research topics of class members. They should be available on electronic reserves shortly. I hope that they can give a push of those of you who are uncertain on how to proceed.

Class Presentations are scheduled for the following three dates:

November 9, 1999 to December 9, 1999
