I am a PhD candidate in the
department of mechanical engineering
at
University of Southern California (USC)
and work under the supervision of
Professor Andrea Hodge.
As my PhD thesis, I conduct research on the effect of sputtering conditions on the stress state and microstructure development for Copper and Tantalum thin films. I study the correlation between the internal sputtering chamber conditions and film characterization.
