I was taught to view the problems and difficulties of life as a "stranger", whom I must overcome with my endeavors. Growing up in an enlightened family, I was encouraged to seek, achieve and set standards for myself. My parents always encouraged me to see the simplicity of life as they knew that complexities are only visible when we are distracted from our path. School was an invigorating experience and I learnt the value of good education - education that took me to a new world of realities of science. Very early I began to exhibit a definite inclination for technical subjects and by the time I completed my high school, I was sure I wanted to be an engineer-an individual who has his own brush and colors and who paints the paradise he goes. .
