One-Step:

7) R leg step R to horse stance, L in-to-out mid knife-hand block, R chin strike

8) Same as above except R jaw strike, L hand grabs & pulls in, R knife-hand

9) R out-to-in-crescent kick, L back kick

Grabs: Old Techniques, add Head-lock

Rhythm: 1-2-3-4-(5-6)-7-8-9-10-(11-12)-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20

 

From Joon Bi:

1.       Turn 90°  L with L leg to 9 o’clock and execute L knifehand guarding block in back stance.

2.       Execute L push block and move forward with R leg to R front stance and execute R middle guarding fingertip.

3.       Turn 180°  R with R leg to 3 o’clock and execute R knifehand guarding block in R back stance.

4.       Execute R push block and move forward with L leg to L front stance and execute L middle guarding fingertip.

5.       Turn 90° to the L with L leg to 12 o’clock and execute L high block and R outer knifehand strike to the nexk area simultaneously in L front stance.

6.       Execute R front kick and land forward to R front stance with L middle punch.

7.       Execute L side kick.

8.       Execute R side kick and land forward to R knifehand guarding block.

9.       Turn 270° to the L with L leg to 3 o’clock and execute L outside middle block with L back stance.

10.   Execute R front kick and land back to the original stance and execute R outer middle block.

11.   Turn 180° to the R to 9 o’clock by readjusting both feet (do not move, just pivot) and execute R outside middle block with R backstance.

12.   Execute L front kick and land back to the original stance and execute L outer middle block.

13.   Turn 90° to the L with L leg to 6 o’clock and execute L high block and L outer knifehand strike to the neck area with L front stance.

14.   Execute R front kick and land forward to R front stance with R backfist to the sternum.

15.   Turn 90° to the L with L leg to 3 o’clock and execute L out-to-in middle block with L walking stance.  Immediately follow with R middle punch.

16.   Turn 180° to the R with R leg to 9 o’clock and execute R out-to-in middle block with R walking stance.  Immediately follow with L middle punch.

17.   Turn 90° to the L with L leg to 6 o’clock and execute L out-to-in middle block with L walking stance.

18.   Execute R middle punch and L middle punch.

19.   Move forward with R leg and execute R out-to-in middle block with R front stance.

20.   Execute L middle punch and R middle punch and Kihap loudly.

Left leg moves back to Joon Bi.
