University of Southern California

The Hindu Student Organization at the University of Southern California is a religious group that explores the many facets of the Hindu faith. The organization does so through open forms on various topics. These include issues as diverse as ayurvedic medicine, spiritual unity, polytheism versus monotheism, and the function of language and symbols in religion. HSO is devoted to studying and learning about various directions of Hinduism and providing an ideal setting for those who practice the faith and for those who simply wish to learn more about this religion.

We hold weekly Aarthi on Wednesdays (7:15 pm) at the Fishbowl Chapel usually followed by a discussion. See the Calendar for a list of upcoming events!
